Alcohol Policy
No outside alcohol is permitted. No exceptions.All Alcohol must be served by a Mulligan's Pointe licensed bartender. You may not bring or provide alcohol to your guests. We are not permitted to a serve or dicsount alcohol under any circumstance. If you have a gathering licence and an appovred donation it must be delivered from a authorized Delaware vendor one week prior to event and will be sold at list price to your particapting golfers.
Players violating alcohol policy will be ejected from tournament with no refunds.
SALES & CONSUMPTION
We do not permit the delivery or consumption of outdside alcohol or food.- We do not serve free alcohol under any circumstance.
- Only a Mulligans Pointe licensed bartender/server is permitted to serve alcoholic beverages.
- If you chose to have alcohol sent as a donation for your organization it will be sold at your event.
- All golfers must have ID and Mulligans Pointe reserves the right to deny service at their discretion.
- Mulligan's Pointe is responsible for monitoring consumption of all alcohol or our property and guests found violating policy and possessing unauthorized alcohol will be evicted from the event and no refunds provided.
No outside alcohol is permitted. No exceptions.
Donations: We encourage you to request alternatives to alcohol, request items you use as auction items or prizes.
If you have received an approved donation it must be delivered from an authorized Delaware vendor one week prior to the event and will be sold to participating golfers.
We will only serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible and lawful manner as anyone who violates the laws or Commissioner Rules will be held fully accountable for their actions.
