General Pool Rules & Policies
All members must show a membership card upon access to the pool.
2024 season cards will be available at the pool and or at guest services during pool hours.
Guest Passes must be purchased at the pro shop. The pool staff does not have guest passes and entry is not permitted until passes are
- No cut offs or non "swim" diapers are permitted at any time. Shoes are required in the restrooms and recommended around the pool at all times
- Outside Food & Drinks are not permitted with the exception of "snacks" for children 5 an under.
- Beer, cocktails, non alcoholic beverages, food can be purchased for take out by providing a team member your written order or in person at the Pointe Patio Bar.
- All guests must be accompanied by a member & all minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. There must be one adult present for each three children.
- The Lifeguard is not permitted to allow guests in early or to stay late and they are not babysitters, please watch your children.
- Members may supply their own chair, one per adult may be stored in a staff designated area with the understanding that Mulligan’s Pointe is not responsible for any stored or items left unattended. Items left unused for an extended period of time will be disposed of by the staff.
- Chairs and tables may not be saved for guests that have not arrived. Tables are reserved for guests to eat; eating only permitted in designated areas and restricted on the sun decks, in or around the pool splash area
Adult Only Area | Sun Deck
Members or guests under 21 are not permitted on the adult sun deck or designated surrounding area located on the deep end (north side) of the pool.
For the safety of all pool guests please follow the rules.
The MP Pool Staff does not make the rules, but is accountable and responsible to maintain a safe environment and to enforce all policies and regulations set forth by the state. Any Violation of policy or participation in such behavior that puts yourself or others in danger, may result in eviction and or suspension or loss of membership privileges with no refund provided
Management may implement restrictions on the number of guests permitted on specific days or times

Member Responsibility
Guest Passes may be purchased at the pro shop or guest services prior to accessing the pool. The Lifeguard will not take payment and all guest passes will be charged to your house account. Please be prepared to update your account with a CC for monthly billing as required by your membership agreement.
If you do not have a Card on file you must contact us or stop in the club house and see the pro shop or guest services counter prior to checking in at the pool.
- Plan & Dependents
Not all plan options include dependent/children and only those under 17 that reside in the same household can be listed on the dependent form.
