We are committed in our vision to make Mulligan's Pointe a first class golf course, while providing our community an affordable option to gather and enjoy food, drinks and friendships!
As a new growing business we will continue to face a range of challenges and obstacles associated with our rapid growth. We have certainly lived and learned in the past two years and we are constantly seeking innovative ways to improve our processes, decrease costs, provide exceptional customer service & affordable golfing, dining and event experiences, while still maintaining our profitability. It is essential for our business to continue to grow and thrive and we will continue to invest and innovate within our core business to introduce new revenue streams through capital upgrades and improvements!
We have $300K budgeted for our 2020 Capital Project initiatives including the following:
New Sand Traps
- Installation of Ponds on holes 4,7,11,13,16 and 18.
- Overhaul of Golf Course Irrigation System
- Kitchen Updates & Equipment Investments
- Bathroom Renovations
- Banquet Room Repairs & Improvements
- Marketing & Customer Acquisitions programs
- Hiring of Additional Key Staff to maintain growth & customer service expectations.
2020 Unlimited Golf Options
The 2020 rates and options have been finalized and applications are available at the pro shop, online and at the event desk. We have made a few adjustments to simplify the unlimited pass options. A slight increase to the price of our Unlimited Golf Passes and daily green fees for the public were necessary to align with the increase of business expenses incurred since opening.
The new membership contracts are effective for all 2020 renewals and new memberships. Please review the updated policies and amendments prior to your renewal dates.
Renewal Policy
Unlimited Golf Membership, Add On Options. Annual Handicap & Hole in One insurance will be automatically renewed & billed to house accounts the month prior to membership end date. Any changes to your current membership, including non-renewal, must be made in writing 30 days prior to the expiration date. All Accounts must have a valid credit card on file for renewal to be activated.
Social Pool Passes
Additional information and a final decision on the availability of our Social Pool Pass options for 2020 will be made available after we have reviewed the final engineering and architectural reports related to this facility.
Staffing News & Updates We want to take this opportunity to say thank you to our entire staff in every department and the management team, all of whom have over and over again proven their commitment and loyalty to Mulligan's Pointe and our members and guests! It's been a big year for change and taking on new projects! We are pleased with the transition of the restaurant and overall kitchen management and while it continues to be our biggest cost challenge we are committed to continue to improve and optimize all departments in the organization!
We always say "it's not what we do, it's the people we do it with" and it is the entire MP team that makes it possible for us to do what we do and to continue to grow we will invest in leadership to strengthen our teams so they have the tools and resources to be successful! We are pleased to share exciting staff updates and look forward to many more!

In her new role she will focus on operations and leading the initiative to optimize revenue streams, implement updated policies & processes, identify & prioritize business initiatives and projects, create and implement ongoing staff training programs, maintaining inventory management guidelines and daily operational run of business tasks.
Welcome Wendy Byram as our newest member of the admin team! Wendy is currently working part time on accounts payable & bookkeeping tasks. She has been training with Matt as we transition to a new accounting platform and as Matt continues to transition into a financial data, reporting and advisory position.
