Single Pass $500 > one adult

Duo Pass $700 > two adults or one adult and one child ( same household)

Family Pass $1000 > two adults + two children
OR one adult + three children

All adult and children listed on your application must reside in the same household. Proof of residency is required.

New + Renewing Memberships

Complete, Sign & Return 2026 Membership Application (complete the form below or request a copy at the Guest service desk in the clubhouse

Member Household Provide proof of residency/address for children and adults listed

Submit payment in full for 2026 membership rate. *account must be in good standing

Activate account and submit a valid payment method for monthly charges incurred

Membership Identification & Access

• Members will be issued a membership ID badge upon activation or renewal.
• Family and Duo memberships must provide proof of residency for all listed members, including children.
• No access will be granted without a valid member badge.
• Guest badges must be purchased at the Pro Shop prior to pool entry.
• Members may be required to present valid photo identification.
  

🚫 NO BADGE = NO ENTRY (NO EXCEPTIONS)

- Member and guest badges must be **visible at all times** - Guest badges must be **returned by 7:00 PM the same day** - Failure to return = **$20 replacement fee per badge**

Guest PASS Policy

Guest passes must be purchased at the Pro Shop prior to pool access

Maximum **3 guest passes per day** (not to exceed three children per present adult) -

**$10 per pass**

Authorized Members must **accompany guests at all times

Attire & Facility Guidelines

• Proper bathing suits are required
  • ❌ No cut-offs or non-swim diapers
• Shoes are required in restrooms and clubhouse; recommended poolside
• Cover-ups and footwear required outside the pool fence (clubhouse, patio, etc.)

Food & Beverage Policy

• ❌ No coolers or outside food permitted
• ✅ Limited non-alcoholic beverages allowed:
  • Individual size (32 oz or smaller)
  • Toddler snacks and drinks permitted
• ❌ No food or beverages within 4 feet of the pool or splash area

Supervision & Safety

• An adult member must supervise all minors under 18
• Children are not permitted without an adult member present
• A minimum of one adult per three childrem
• Children 6 years and under must have an adult in the water
• If the lifeguard leaves poolside, all guests must exit:
• Pool and the Pool deck (within 4 feet of water)
  
  

Seating & Personal Property

• Members may bring one personal chair per adult
  • Chairs may be stored in the bathhouse or designated area
    
    

    ⚠️ All items are left at your own risk. Mulligan’s Pointe is not responsible for lost or unattended items.
    Items left unused for 7+ days will be removed and disposed of.

Conduct & Facility Use Unsafe or disruptive behavior will result in **immediate removal** - Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be **denied access or removed** - **No reserving chairs or tables** for guests who have not arrived - Tables are for **active use only (meals/snacks)**

Unauthorized Use & Enforcement

• Badges are non-transferable.
• Photo ID may be required.
• No sharing, duplication, or misuse permitted.
  Violations WILL result in removal, suspension, or termination without refund.

• Add 1 Adult to Family Plan: +$100

The MP Pool Staff does not make the rules, but is accountable and responsible to maintain a safe environment and to enforce all policies and regulations set forth by MGT and the state.
Any Violation of policy or participation in such behavior that puts yourself or others in danger, may result in eviction and or suspension or loss of membership privileges with no refund provided
